Leadership is very important and difficult. But it is the only way to be successful as a team.


A leader is a person who unlike a boss leads his team to the goal, while accompanying and supporting them on the way, is part of the process, but not only that, but also guides with his experience on the best path towards goal and always look for the benefit of your team. While a boss is more selfish, he does not care about the sacrifice of his team in order to get what he wants, he orders, it is not fair and he takes advantage of his team. But this hurts to lead to a bad job, while the work done by a team with a leader is successful.

Now the importance of being a good leader. A great leader leads his team where he does not necessarily want to be, if not where he needs to be, it is a growth as a group of people, who expand and leave their comfort zone to go further and succeed.
